Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from Zeev Lighting. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for all returns unless the reason for return is fault of Zeev Lighting. Credit will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of goods. All Return Material Authorizations expires after 30 days.
Zeev Lighting has the right to supply parts or have item repaired and reject return if fixable to quality standards.
All returns when approved must have never been installed, altered and in original packaging with no damage or markings on any of the materials. All credits will be posted to your account.
SHORTAGES, DAMAGES AND MISSING PARTS
All shortages must be noted on freight bill at time of delivery. You must call Zeev Lighting Customer Service within 5 Business Days to report any shortages, damaged products and/or missing parts.
Zeev Lighting will initiate proof of delivery and process claim.
